Let's look forward to the Summer Solstice together with Nia this year, with nine 21-minute dances in the online space, just like we have been doing for many, many years! I warmly recommend this adventure to everyone, the dances can be watched back until June 30th, no matter how many times you can dance them, move through them. Each dance will show a different movement energy. Our partners will be tai-chi, teakwondo, aikido, jazz, modern and Duncan dance, as well as the energy of Feldenkrais, Alexander technique and yoga. These are the nine movement energies that Nia "works" with, diversifying the experience, leading back to the body, bringing joy, transforming physical sensations into tangible ones. The challenge fee is 9000 HUF, the first dance will be on June 13th, the last on June 21st. Let the summer come!
