About the event
I look forward to seeing you at the October Nia Plus class, where we will dance with all 52 Nia moves on October 3rd. The 52 moves are the foundation of the Nia classes, and their infinite variations result in the holistic balance that those who dance Nia regularly experience not only in every class, but also in other areas of life.
The class is fun, every move is shown in it, in a varied way, I recommend it to everyone regardless of whether they are doing Nia, how long they have been doing Nia, or whether they have been doing Nia at all. I teach the class both in person at the Shift and online at the same time, everyone who registers can watch the recording for a week.
The venue is the Shift (Andrássy út 35, second floor, 12), the time is October 3, 4 p.m.
