AMETHYST - NIA MASTER CLOCK AND WORKSHOP WITH KING BREZINA

I look forward to seeing you at this Nia workshop, which discovers and strengthens the healing and self-healing quality of the body through movement, in person or online!

We will examine the meaning of the movements of the Amethyst routine and the healing potential they open up with the help of classical and Healer Nia tools, integrative free dance, and the very strong, beautiful, healing music of the routine. I recommend the workshop to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or level of proficiency in Nia. For everyone who wants to spend four and a half hours in a cheerful mood, dancing and recuperating with laughter.

The fee for the event is HUF 15,000, you can participate online or in person, the recording is available for more than a week for all participants.
