About the event
On this 2-evening workshop on the August 22. AND on the 24. at 7.30 pm til 9 p.m I will show you what exactly happens at a Nia class. You will experience what a great effect Nia can have on you. You will get a feeling how wounderfully Nia can condition your body, mind and soul with its holistic dance movements and energies.
