I hold Nia classes on Zoom, and the recordings are available to view for up to 48 hours. After registering, you will receive the Zoom link with the passcode at the email address you provided.

Cancellation Policy
- You can sign up for the Online Nia and Nia Moving To Heal class no later than 10 minutes before the class starts. - It is not possible to cancel or reschedule online classes. However, I will send you a link to the video recording after the class, which you can watch for up to 48 hours.
