Get to know Nia

Nia is a complex, somatic, sensory-based movement art form that regardless of age or body shape, encourages everyone to connect and heal with their body, mind, emotions and spirit. 

Meet Kinga Brezina

I am an internationa Nia Art Of Sensation and Nia Moving To Heal trainer and have been teaching Nia since 2010. I am tirelessly sharing that our body is our main ally, the keeper of all our secrets and knowledge, is our oldest and best friend in this dance of life.
